instant, they recognize every bit of participation and interaction. But as students grow, so do their motivational needs.
Let’s welcome the Reward Card! Edelweiss and Blaue Blume A students now have a fresh, cooler system: a card with ten spots to punch. Once all ten are lled, voilà—reward time!
But here’s the twist: the reward isn’t revealed right away. Instead, students will receive a scratch card to uncover their prize. It could be sitting at the teacher’s desk for a day, being the class helper, sitting next to a best friend, taking on the role of teacher for ve minutes, or another exciting treat. The thrill of scratching to reveal their mystery reward adds an extra layer of fun and suspense. However, shhh don’t spoil all the surprises to your children!
This system not only keeps students engaged but also nurtures responsibility, perseverance, and goal-setting. Plus, the excitement of that nal punch and the surprise of the scratch card builds a true sense of achievement. Motivation never looked so stylish!
